Methods of Evocation

Belial, not to be confused with Bael, is a demon both mentioned in The Dead Sea Scrolls, The Lesser Key of Solomon, and The Bible, in which he is portrayed as everything from a demon exercised from the ranks of the angels to the patron demon of uncircumcised individuals. He supposedly appears as two beautiful angels in a chariot of fire who speak in a calming voice. According to the grimoire, Belial was created alongside Lucifer, though Lucifer's validity as an actual entity in The Bible or being the same as Satan has been disputed though is still commonly believed.

During the ritual, you must wear his seal on your body and you must display offerings, sacrifices, and gifts to him. His powers may help you make connections with other demons or high-ranking individuals in the real world. His demonic enn is Lirach Tasa Vefa Wehl Belial.

In The Dead Sea Scrolls, Belial is said to be the leader of the Sons of Darkness, who is the main adversary to God in place of the modern interpretation of Satan. He leads his forces along with the demon Amon. Interestingly, in Jubilees 15:33 uncircumcised men and boys are described as "sons of Belial".
