According to the Book of Enoch, a non-canonical text in The Bible, the fallen-angel Samyaza was the leader of a group of angels called The Watchers who fell from grace after fornicating with human women, thus creating a species of human called the Nephilim. Later in the scripture, he is cast into a pit of fire (hell) for his sins and rebelliousness against God. Similarly to the common cast into hell in a fight against God narrative often associated with Satan. Enoch later transformed into the angel Metatron in The Zohar.
